Thomas Guerrein AuD spent a generous amount of time with me testing, checking and reprogramming my hearing aids, and explaining the new technology of hearing aids to me. I will definitely upgrade my current hearing aids through him. I've also recommended him to my son who has the same hearing issues.

The doctor did a great job explaining what he was doing and why. When he was inserting something into my ears, I think to get pressure, sometimes it seemed that the angle that he was going in wasn't best because it didn't seem to close up well.
