My explanation of my symptoms and issues weren't directly listened to and attended to. It is possible that he potentially didn't understand or found the situation confusing. However it was somewhat dismissive. As a physician myself, I can understand both sides of the situation but it didn't make it less frustrating. I left with more diagnostics but no real integration or interpretation of my primary symptoms. I know the response I would receive would be "I'm sorry you felt that way." However it was more than just an individual perception.

I really like Dr. Guerrein. He's a real fine young man. He really tries to help me in every way in the world. And I enjoy going in and seeing him. We talk more about everything else, as much about everything else as we do hearing, but real fine young man. Very, very professional. Does a great job. I would recommend him to anybody. Thank you.
