Audiologist Guerrein was meticulous abt sanitation of his hands and all devices. I want/need new hearing aids but he did not push me but gave me all the info needed. I've already recommended him to my son.

Hi, my feedback is when I originally called, I needed to see an EMT doctor and when I got there, I was advised there was none available. So I did have the hearing test, but during the hearing test and after the hearing test, the operator was not in tune to why I wanted the hearing test. So there's a big difference in me just showing up. If I knew the doctor was not going to be available, I would have requested again. So in the long term, I'd like to still see an EMT doctor and go over what I have to cover with the doctor. Thank you.
