The offices were clean and well lighted. The staff were friendly, personable and professional. Dr Gore inspired trust and seemed very caring. He listened to me and was not in a hurry to dash out of the room. I appreciated that.

Dr Gore is kind & wonderful, with a calming personality. Staff is always friendly. Visits are always concise, organized, and efficient, getting me on my way without any wait. Keep up the great service & care. Please consider, for all WS appointments - whatever the appt time is, that is the appt time. I am always given a time, then later am told that it is backed by 15 minutes & I am to now be there 15 minutes sooner. My daughter who takes me has already arranged with her job to be off in order to get me to the first agreed time, now has to arrange to be off from her job even sooner in order to get me there at the earlier time. It is an inconvenience. Why is this done? We are never late for our appts. The agreed upon appt time should be left at that time. Thank you.
