Honestly this was one of the best medical interactions I've ever had. I really enjoyed the check-in staff, the nurse, the PA, and scheduling. Everyone was kind, polite, helpful, considerate, and informative. Not only that, but at least for my appointment, it was all on time with very-little-to-no wasted time. I was in, consulted, and out quickly and with plenty of time for me to talk and interact as needed.

I always have a pleasant experience here. This appointment was a follow-up and most of my issues got resolved but a couple didn't. I do have a concern about an issue i am having right now and have been get it resolved but it wasn't. So now I have to wait for some sort of resolution which apparently is never going to be taken seriously so it looks like that issue will never get resolved. I just keep getting the run around and blown off. That has been incredibly frustrating and exhausting.

Ms. Glover did a great job explaining the labs to me and why she wanted me to have them. She provided excellent psychoeducation about what she was trying to rule out and how she planned to do that. She explained her recommendations about the colonoscopy well. She was pleasant and engaged well with me during the appointment. I was pleased with my care during the visit.
