My appointment was 11:00 am & I didn't see the Dr Glover until 11:38am. Move quickly though my process. Dr. Glover told that a scheduler would call to make an appointment. No one called & when I called the office no paperwork had been sent over to the scheduler

First time meeting Thelisha and she was excellent. Incredibly knowledgeable about my issue. Carefully explained tests that she ordered and told me she'd be in touch once the results were in. Thelisha was empathetic, answered my myriad of questions and showed an appropriate level of concern. Her MA was also nice and helpful, with full explanations of what follows. The woman at the checkout desk also checked me in. I don't remember her name either but she was wonderful. She was kind and calming and extremely good at what she was doing.
