Nurse Practitioner asked questions, then talked while I talked. She admonished me for saying I have an allergy to a certain medication and told me it was "just a reaction". I felt like she was minimizing my symptoms and medical history. The front desk was amazing and really went the extra mile for me. This was my first time in this office and arrived late due to being lost. I'm hoping the specialist is much better!

Brittany and Thao were wonderful care providers. I was nervous and anxious about my appointment but Brittany made me feel at ease from the moment I got there. She has a great personality and is a valuable asset to the ENT practice and Wellstar organization. I can't say enough good things about her! Thao listened to my concerns and was very thorough with her assessment and examination. She explained everything she was doing and made sure that I understood what was happening and what my next steps were. Both young ladies at the front desk who checked me in were wonderful as well! They were very welcoming and greeted me promptly.
