I accompanied my husband to his first visit with this practice and could not have been more pleased. I've been a RN for over 40 years and I'm quite particular regarding quality of care. Ms. Nguyen , was my husband's PA. She was very thorough, patient, and kind. She thoroughly listened to my husband and helped to put him at ease. We then met with Britney, the audiologist. She too was very professional and was able to evaluate his hearing loss, and explained in detail possible options. Our next appointment is with the ENT, Dr Applebaum. I'm very confident and utilizing this practice.

My experience with the provider was positive, she was friendly and answered all of my questions. However, I arrived late to my appointment due to a lack of available parking. I ultimately had to use valet and walk to the location. I hope there is a resolution in progress.

Nurse Practitioner asked questions, then talked while I talked. She admonished me for saying I have an allergy to a certain medication and told me it was "just a reaction". I felt like she was minimizing my symptoms and medical history. The front desk was amazing and really went the extra mile for me. This was my first time in this office and arrived late due to being lost. I'm hoping the specialist is much better!
