My Provider left me with the further instructions and information to continue to solve the problem with my illness. My illness was a severe nosebleed my provider diagnose that the left side of my nostrils was nearly closed. She asked if I would like to see specialist who may decide to do surgery to repair the problem. Well, I'm glad you made those final diagnosis and informed me it and was able to let me see the problem firsthand and to let me know what I needed to do to fix the problem that has basically plague me all my life. With this information from Dr Thao Nguyen, I decided to go for the diagnosis and to see a specialist and a surgeon to repair my problem. Thank you very much.

This was the first time I saw Thao Nguyen. She is very nice and listened to all my concerns. The only issue I had was I was called back to the room and waited over 45 minutes for her to come in. The nurse who took my vitals told me she had just gone in to see a patient ahead of me but would be in shortly. I eventually had to go out and ask a nurse about how much longer I would have to wait. I saw the nurse who took my vitals look into a room and Thao arrived right afterwards and and apoligzed said she was dealing with another patient. I honestly believe they forgot I was in the room and saw other patients who had come in after me. Otherwise, I was happy with how I was treated.
