After the doctor finished the visit, he told us someone would be in to draw blood and do a urinalysis. We waited for 10 - 15 minutes. When no one came back, my wife went out to the nurses station and told them we had been waiting a while for a blood draw. They informed us the person had left for lunch. I had to go upstairs for bloodwork. I had a stroke 3 years ago and walk with a lot of difficulty with a walker. That was a huge inconvenience for me in my condition.
