I thought my MA was professional, courteous, and friendly. My doctor was wonderful. She came highly recommended and I can see why. I know I am in excellent hands with this practice. The only negative thing I can say about my experience is My Chart related. Getting pinged long prior to my appt, asking if have arrived is quite annoying. What is more annoying is when I answer 5 minutes out, getting pinged again in 5 minutes asking the same question. Also, staff and providers should be aware when I complete pre appt tasks in My Chart. Otherwise, I look forward to collaborating with the team in regard to my health concerns. Have a wonderful day!
