From the moment I walked in the door the staff was courteous and helpful. I needed that kindness on that day I was struggling with being depressed. It made me feel welcomed and cared about.

At the end of my appointment, Dr. Atkinson had left and I was waiting to be discharged. I waited but they forgot about me. I waited just over 30 minutes and I came out and someone helped me.

Waited entirely too long to be seen. I am aware things come up with diff patients, as I use to work in healthcare. But they require us to get there 15 min prior and still wasn't seen at my appointment time or 15 min over it. So some type of priority guidelines should be in place for things like that. Especially if other patients are late and impede in the ones that are there on time.

From the reception desk to checkout I was treated with courtesy and respect. Naomi was delightful, and Dr Atkinson is both professional yet warm, and was very thorough in looking at my medical history and addressing my current issues.
