If you have an appointment at a certain time. Can I ask you to get there 15 minutes early then you sit in the waiting room over 45 minutes and nobody says why they should let you know that there's been an emergency in back for whatever but you gotta have aIf you have a appointment at a certain time. And they ask you to get there 15 minutes early then you sit in the waiting room over 45 minutes and nobody says why they should let you know that why,, need to spread your appointment a little further apart to give the doctor time if something comes up.

I had an incident that caused me to be 20 min late and I want to thank them for still providing with care I needed.

The doctor, Dr. Sylvonne Cox is excellent. The staff are very pleasant and very informative. What was surprising to me is for the company that owns the practice to begin to tell patients that they will release them from the practice if they have no-show appointments or excessive no-show appointments, which was very shocking to me and I heard others who check in get the same information. And then needless to say, the doctor, Dr. Sylvonne Cox, when I mentioned it to her, she knew nothing about it. So I think that's a very rude practice, as hard as it is for doctors to maintain patients, for patients to get transportation, and all other factors to be considered. So I thought that was most rude and to discuss it out loud in front of all the other patients.

This was an exceptional office. My normal pulmonary office with the same group, doctor's group is the one in Marietta, but I could not get in for the appointment in Marietta, so they put me in the hospital office. It was an awesome experience from the people who greeted me at the desk to the ladies at Jasmine and the assistant that she was training took me in and did all the initial things. And meeting Sylvonne was incredible. She's absolutely, she's lovely. She's efficient. She was just awesome. So I really enjoyed it. Thank you.
