This group was very capable of completing the task they were given - they knew I simply needed clearance to have a procedure done and that I was using this office to complete the task in a timely fashion and that I would be returning to my regular doctor and PA for my regular care. I would give them an A+ for what they did but it wasn't the overall attention to my overall health that I am used to.

Ms. Cox was very helpful once I got to speak with her. The TeleMed visit process was extremely frustrating. I was on hold for almost 60 minutes before the visit ended by the provider. Unbeknownst to me their office had been trying to call me since 9 AM to confirm the appointment. The instructions for the visit clearly said no confirmation call would be necessary. In the end, all was resolved however, the process was extremely frustrating.

Telemedicine had some problems. Connnection was difficult to establish. Microphone was not good. PA sounded like she was talking in a well. Appreciate the content but it was hard to get a good conversation going when audio was pretty poor.
