The experience at Wellstar Pulmonary On Stout Road was amazing. The PA, Ms. Cox, the front desk staff was wonderful. The nurse that took my vitals was very, very good, you know, very customer service, very attentive, very informative. And the PA, Ms. Cox, was very informative also. Thank you.

They had set up test told me to be there at 1:15, I arrived at 12:55. Sat there untill 1:35. I then went to desk to ask what I was waiting on. She said I'm sorry we canceled your test cause we didn't have enough techs, we just forgot to call you an tell you. It really mad me mad. Had to sit about 1 hour an 10 before I got to see the pa.

I have been going to this office for two years or so more plus and it's always been extremely, extremely nice. Very well. people, personality, very great with the customer, very great with the patient and the doctors and staff are just excellent. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. My pulmonary care and I would recommend this office to anyone.
