Dr. Smith's office makes it very easy to be able to change appointment times. She works with you, your schedule. I had a sick daughter and I was unable to make it to my appointment and they didn't give me a hard time about missing the appointment. They allowed me the ability to change appointments and not a lot of doctors do that anymore. A lot of doctors forget that people have families and while it is important that we make our appointments, it is nice that a doctor is understanding and flexible enough to understand that everything doesn't go according to plan all the time. I also love the way they keep, my health is important to them. They worry about all aspects, not just what they are looking at. So, yes, I'm very pleased.
