I was seen within a few minutes of waiting. Front office and nurse who brought me back was very nice. Dr Smith is a wonderful Neurologist. She takes her time with a thorough exam and was very kind and helpful with anything I needed even after her care. Thank you Dr. Smith.

I had my very first appointment with Dr. Smith today, and I can honestly say she is one of the best physicians I have ever met. From the moment she walked into the room, she made me feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. Her energy was warm, patient, and comforting-exactly what you need when dealing with something as overwhelming as MS. She took her time explaining everything in a clear, down-to-earth way, never rushing me, and she made sure I fully understood my condition and treatment options. What stood out the most is how she spoke to me, not at me. I felt respected, supported, and like I finally have a doctor who is truly in my corner. Walking out of the appointment, I felt relieved, informed, and hopeful-feelings I haven't had in a long time when it comes to my health. I think Suzanne Smith is the best doctor I've ever seen in my 67 years. She took time with myself and my wife to explain issues and clearly state the facts and spent an exorbitant amount of time. Most doctors I've seen are in and out and Suzanne took every minute that was needed and I must say I'm greatly appreciated for her and I wish more doctors were like her.

Dr. Suzanne Smith and Rebecca Ron and also her nurse Candy are the most phenomenal people that I have ever dealt with and I have had these doctors for numerous amounts of years and it looks as though since I've become older, I'm only going to need them in the event I have a situation Other than that, they've provided the most extreme, wonderful care. And I thank them very much. I'm going to miss them. Thank you, Rebecca. Thank you, Dr. Smith. Thank you, Candy. You all are fantastic.

But Becky certainly has been there from the beginning. And both of those two are just angelic, including Heather and just really everybody else there who's off the top of my head. I feel very, very good about the care that they give me. And I just feel like family when I walk in the door, and that makes all the difference.

Walking out of the appointment, I felt relieved, informed, and hopeful-feelings I haven't had in a long time when it comes to my health. I was seen within a few minutes of waiting. Front office and nurse who brought me back was very nice. Dr Smith is a wonderful Neurologist. She takes her time with a thorough exam and was very kind and helpful with anything I needed even after her care. Thank you Dr. Smith.
