I'm 50yrs old and I've been a patient here off and on since I was a late teenager. I've also been a steady patient here for the past 13 years straight. Dr. S. McBride is a magnificent, awesome PCP. Outstanding bedside manners. She always listens, is always kind and respectful. Dr.McBride is always attentive to my needs and I trust her with my care 1000%. Dr. McBride is very, very knowledgeable and is the absolute best at keeping up with all my illnesses, conditions, and all of my prescriptions. Dr. McBride is wonderful at making sure I only take Rx's that I absolutely need... And she is very wise at making the right adjustments when needed. I love this PCP office... All of the staff, other doctors, and Dr. Pickett.... They are all so easy to be around and they all make it easy for me to get care whenever I need it. They are prompt, the best at scheduling, and are, all around, great people/medical staff. Glad that they are in my network. ???

The only trouble with this office and every primary office is lack of appointment availability in a timely manner to address acute problem. Going to the ER is not a solution when your primary or anyone in the office can't see you for a week or so. Crowding of ERs for minor concerns is a huge problem for all services.
