My appointment time is always right on. They start very soon or before my appointment time, so it's always been good. She's very attentive, listens to me, don't seem to be in a hurry, is willing to spend as much time as necessary to take care of my questions and needs. So I can't think of anything better, but she's done ever since I've been going to her, been great.
