I arrived very early and I didn't have to wait hardly any time at all, but I was willing to wait. So it was awesome service. Thank you.

Had an appointment at 3:30 and that's when the doctor came in. Was able to get my prescriptions ordered, next appointment, and book a specialist in one go. So far so good. I also liked my Kaiser file was avaible for my doctor to review.

Dr Kim is great!!! She is very professional and listened to all the details of my recent horseback riding accident. The nurses were great and had to wheel me to the lab and front door due to me almost passing out during my visit. They also moved my appointment up so I could see the Dr b4 the upcoming 3 day holiday weekdn.

The Medical Experience has changed greatly! Nobody listens much to you, which causes frustration on top of your problem. Also,I feel like I'm' just "passed on" to other caregivers often. This is just my opinion, hopefully others don't feel this same frustration, but I know some do.
