I like Dr Kim but it's very difficult to get into the office for a sick visit. I don't even attempt anymore. I just go directly to urgent care.

The receptionist at the suite for this provider wasn't exactly patient friendly, but did her job. The doctor, Dr. Kim, is amazing. The staff in the back is amazing. I do wish that there was better instructions as to where in the building their office actually is when they send out the provider folder to fill out forms.
