I'm always impressed by Dr. Kim. The checkout lady who clearly is from New York is also a gem. I have been a patient of Veterans Affairs and the military my whole adult life so this was my first experience with private practice and it is great. Thank you for taking care of me.

I asked questions about the Physical the doctor ordered when I realized it is not just another check up and the person at the front desk did not know and the nurse was very angry that I asked and she couldn't answer my question. I asked that Dr Susan Kim call me to explain but I have not yet received a response from anyone. I find this concerning.
