The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Absolutely zero customer service skills. And She wanted me to do her job upon discharge, telling me her problems with the nursing and physician staff paperwork. Just had an overall bad attitude even with the prior patient. I believe she was also the one I called for directions to the clinic and she appeared bothered I had to ask her several questions to get directions and upon arrival it was the wrong entrance. I normally don't write bad reviews but this time was needed.

The staff were very kind and Dr. Gearhart was very nice and understanding. She made a very uncomfortable situation comfortable and put me at ease right away.

Extremely professional!!! Dr Gearhart has a great bedside manner and was very careful about listening to all of my concerns. Comes across as very trustworthy, caring and very knowledgeable. Dr Gearhart's staff also Very professional. I had a great experience

I was very happy with my experience with the provider. However, the follow-up to the visit has been pretty frustrating because the line that I was told to call in my paperwork to schedule my procedure has been busy for 24 hours every time I call. I've called the front desk who connected me to different numbers, but none of them got me anywhere. They were either defunct numbers or the wrong extension. So I'm still trying to follow through with scheduling my major operation and I'm hoping that that can happen efficiently. Thank you.

She did not listen to me at all. She stated she had reviewed my medical records. Maybe she reviewed the MRI but she didn't review my medical history of already having emergency surgery once for intussecuption. My husband, the nurse and I all had to tell her several times when the surgery was. She kept "assuring" me how rare it was and that the mri catching it was just a coincidence. She ignored my lived and almost died experience and just shoved it off like I had just googled the mri result. No, I almost died and became septic having six feet of small bowel removed. My husband spoke up for me as my advocate and told her what she was doing to us. To me. I felt so ignored and so upset. I was in tears when I left. I refused to allow her to exam me and she pushed and abdominal exam anyways. I agreed to it reluctantly. I sent my original provider a message letting her know what happened and that I would not recommend anyone else be referred to her.
