I don't like the fact that you request money right after I've been seen. It's like you care more about money than my well-being. I also don't like the portal. There's a glitch. It's hard to sign in and then you get multiple message, the same message, multiple times. It's very annoying. I don't like that at all. And when you have any tests done, you should be called with the results of that test, not have to look in a portal because one always has questions. We're not medical professionals. We don't know all the medical terms. You need to do better.

The PA is very kind and actually listens to you. The front desk staff are very helpful and polite. All of them appear very patient and personable. This kindness at the beginning of a visit helps me to be calm. There appear to be many seniors at this practice and I hear the staff being kind and patient to each one. These ladies and gentleman are very important.
