Not happy with the lab experience. Was instructed to proceed to the lab following my appointment. The attendant wasn't very pleasant as she advised she was closed. I told her I was instructed to come to the lab for blood to be drawn. She asked who told me that. Told her Susan Ashworth. She very quickly and rudely responded, "well she knows we're closed! You'll have to go over to the hospital. I didn't have time because i was still working, so fasted all day for nothing. Considering seeking another provider.

I need a solution, told what's going on , but give medications, need a solution for root cause not more medicine. Nurse did give same tr eatments but its not resolving the ROOT problem, need more help to resolve this.
