When you schedule a 15-minute appointment and it lasts for 35 minutes, I can't help it, but I was sick and I appreciate her staying in the room and taking care of my needs. That's why I like that doctor's office. I know it's a well-starved facility and they have to go on a schedule, but I do like the fact that she went over and above and took care of my needs while I was there. And I praise her for that. That's all I have.

Susan is extremely professional, extremely caring, great communication skills. She listens to everything that I have to say. She listens to all my concerns and addresses all of my concerns. I am not big on vaccines. I don't think they're safe, but she recommended I take three vaccines. And I trust her enough that I said that I would take the vaccines. And I don't know that I would have done that from anyone else. She's been our nurse practitioner, me and my husband, for years and years and years and years and years. And I trust her with our life. I'm thankful that she is our nurse practitioner.

The new to me Male Receptionist who makes your next appointment was grumpy and impatient. He spoke loudly with aggravation to the point that another receiving receptionist turned around to see what the problem was. He did not listen carefully to me - it was the end of the day and he seemed to be in a rush. He was not respectful.

The office visit went very well. The only thing that I had a problem with was I had blood work to be done, had to go to the hospital, which took an hour and a half, which is way too long. It was better if the lab would be open there at the hospital physician building, the doctor's physician building.
