I do not know what is different about this last visit, but I've been going to this same doctor since I was four and I'm 36, so I've been going most of my life. And this time it was very efficient and quick. Usually there's long wait times and I've even debated switching doctors just because when I go to the doctor's office, I'm missing out on work and I don't always want to use PTO, but if it's a long period of time, I have to. So it was very efficient. I don't know what was different, but it was quick. I was in and out within an hour and I don't think I've ever been in and out within an hour.

I feel the lab needs more help than 2 people so if 1 is out the one left isn't flooded or have someone able to help had to go to hospital for blood work and left there aswell to many people to little workers and the ones that where working had very sour attitude not very appropriate for health care workers.

Not happy with the lab experience. Was instructed to proceed to the lab following my appointment. The attendant wasn't very pleasant as she advised she was closed. I told her I was instructed to come to the lab for blood to be drawn. She asked who told me that. Told her Susan Ashworth. She very quickly and rudely responded, "well she knows we're closed! You'll have to go over to the hospital. I didn't have time because i was still working, so fasted all day for nothing. Considering seeking another provider.
