All right, everything is fine. Please refrain from asking your final payment of co-insurance, everything. After visiting the doctor, send us the bill either online or through email or through the portal. We will pay it. Before seeing the doctor, collecting the payment is very unfair. Before that, you guys were not doing this. Now you are doing this, which is very unfair. Just it's like just buying a product and before getting the product in hand, you are asking for payment, which is not correct. Okay? That's all. Thank you.

I'm in a wheelchair and the computer moniders at the desk at the practice are to high they can not see me. I sat at the desk about 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. In fact it was another patient that came in after me that checked in and spoke to me is the only way staff knew I was sitting there.

I think from the person who took my intake who advised me that she had been on the phone 20 minutes and the doctor was ready to the doctor who got on the phone and said, gee, I hear you're doing great, when nothing I have said when I called back the practice manager, I ran it by her and I am not great. So he needs to get with the program.

Yes, my new cardiologist, I was very impressed with him. I'm very thankful for WellStar. I actually live six-tenths of a mile away, and I can do everything in one place, and I like that a lot. And I just appreciate everybody that works at WellStar.
