I thought the provider spoke very quickly. He said he wanted to answer questions that I had, but his body language, like he was standing by the door, like he was ready to leave, and he kept repeating the same things over and over again quickly. I still had questions but didn't feel comfortable asking because it didn't feel like it was welcomed. Even though he said it, it didn't feel like a sincere comment.

I felt that the doctor was not listening to my concerns and the challenges that I was facing. He was talking a lot. I understand that I am not an easy patient, but please, please listen. If I could fix my health, I would not be in the clinic.

Dr did not address the pain I was having on the day of the visit. Concentrated on the test results, which were favorable. I left the office feeling like I was not heard. Would have liked a plan to prevent this pain in the future.

He knew a lot about different resolutions and suggestions and options for me instead of just jumping to the most drastic thing to kind of embrace the process through it. He was absolutely wonderful.
