Dr. Sunil Kapoor is very attentive, he's very kind, and he's very understanding. And he takes the time to explain exactly what's going on with my child and what we could do to either better the situation or what we could do to make the situation calm down. So I would like to say that he has been a great pulmonologist for my son and has gotten my son to a point where he does not have to take his medication twice a day anymore.

Dr. Kapoor is a great doctor for my severely autistic son. Make him feel very comfortable and talk to him and just acknowledge that he's there and not just come straight in and look past him. He tells him hello, high five him, ask him how he's doing. He's really a great doctor, especially with a child with severe autism that doesn't have a lot of words. Thank you.

Dr. Kapoor is incredible. We feel so lucky to have him taking care of our son. He goes above and beyond in every single way. He is smart, innovative, compassionate, listens to parents and explains things in a way we understand. The front desk is always short staffed and trying to get the front desk on the phone to schedule, etc. is a nightmare.

Our visit today was truly wonderful. The entire staff and doctor were phenomenal. They took their time, listened carefully, and made us feel heard and cared for. I especially want to recognize Latovia (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly). She checked us in and was so friendly and welcoming. She was the first face we saw, and her kindness immediately helped ease our nerves. She made such a positive first impression!

I'm blanking on both names of the ladies that helped with the breathing test, one was maybe Dawn and her assistant Taylor?, but they were so patient and just reassuring. Dr. Kapoor was TOP NOTCH. His bedside manner waa unmatched. He listened, spent time with us that never felt rushed, and included us in a plan moving forward. More facilities should run like this appointment did today!

The asthma educator, Amanda or Mandy, the respiratory therapist who performed the pulmonary function test, and the physician also was completely outstanding. Everything was great minus the new check in situation in the lobby. Dr. Kapoor is probably the only reason I like wellstar. Since the buyout, things have gotten so terrible, but he is the light in an otherwise terrible establishment.
