Dr. Kapoor is the only reason since my son became teenage hears that we stay at WellSTAR. We've had terrible experience in every other department, but he is your saving grace. Dr. Pippen was great when he was born and we had a wonderful experience, but since we've gone through this endoscopy and everything with my son at WellSTAR, Dr. Kapoor is the only thing that keeps me at WellStar. For all of my other son's needs, I travel to MUSC, a complaint I made years ago, but have yet to get a call or any kind of feedback back on another doctor who performed his endoscopy. So Dr. Kapoor, if he leaves, we are gone too.

And he takes the time to explain exactly what's going on with my child and what we could do to either better the situation or what we could do to make the situation calm down. So I would like to say that he has been a great pulmonologist for my son and has gotten my son to a point where he does not have to take his medication twice a day anymore.

He tells him hello, high five him, ask him how he's doing. He's really a great doctor, especially with a child with severe autism that doesn't have a lot of words. Thank you.

She was the first face we saw, and her kindness immediately helped ease our nerves. She made such a positive first impression!

The ladies at the front desk at check in were very welcoming. The charge nurse Emily was very attentive. I'm blanking on both names of the ladies that helped with the breathing test, one was maybe Dawn and her assistant Taylor?, but they were so patient and just reassuring. Dr. Kapoor was TOP NOTCH. His bedside manner waa unmatched. He listened, spent time with us that never felt rushed, and included us in a plan moving forward. More facilities should run like this appointment did today!
