I'm happy I found nurse practitioner Sunayana because I was doubting the healthcare system in Georgia, but she has definitely redeemed that some providers still do care about their patients.

This doctor was really good, she listen to me ,she was not in a hurry like other doctors. She called me after couple of days to ask how I was feeling. This is extraordinary because I had surgery before and doctor never called you how you feel or anything. This doctor was the best. I would love to go with her again if she is in my insurance network.

The doctors were good at handling my care. The receptionist is very bad when handling medical emergencies instead of trying to follow a procedure when life is at stake. That needs to be reviewed when ID and payment has already been given for delay and possible loss of life.

We were very, very happy with the care we received and also that she listened to my son who is going through some anxiety periods and I was just very, very happy with the results and what she did for us. Sunayana was condescending and unprofessional. She scoffed when I informed her I chose Paraguard birth control and called it "outdated" and said "she hasn't seen it in a long time because there are better options, but it's my choice". However, this is one of the longest FDA approved bc methods and has longest duration. Any quality trained NP would have performed a physical vaginal evaluation to check for iud strings and removed if necessary. However, she said it will take in total 3 visits to fully assess and remove. Her lack of empathy proves she should not be in the medical field and she is lacking people skills strongly. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
