Although my upcoming procedure isn't life threatening, I feel the doctor could have gathered more information regarding my issue. He used the available imaging and noted he didn't have access to the legacy PET and CT images that would have helped him gather information. I am disappointed that I was not aware of his lack of legacy imaging. I could have provided him with this information had he told me in advance. He stated that with the imaging he had access to, the mass in my lower right lung had grown slightly and this was not good. I was unaware from previous imaging that I had a mass in my lower right lung. I have had several CT's with and without contrast over the last 4 years. I'm certainly glad he is there to help me get through this and with his expertise we should find exactly what is going on with my lung issues.

Dr. Allen was very friendly and he told me information that I needed to know, but I felt that he was a little bit too, he moved too quickly. I didn't really get a chance to understand what the results meant. I wanted to ask questions, but I didn't really have a chance to talk with him because I think he was in a rush. So that's my only complaint. Otherwise, he was very friendly, very nice.
