Dr. Youmans is a caring, knowledgeable and amazing provider. He is one of the best. I am not really impressed with the front office staff. Since this practice joined Wellstar, it has gone down hill, not because of Dr. Youmans but the buy out.

It took a week to get the Prescriptions correctly sent to CVS. Not quit the same feel when the office was a private practice. Felt a distance in communication with desk personnel. Blood work should have been ordered prior to office visit . Got a call about blood results while at work and the explanation was useless over the phone without the results in front of me. Perhaps it is transition from private to corporate practice I was experiencing. Everyone was friendly but there was a disconnect in communication.

Dr . Youmans is a wonderful doctor. I personally like this office before it became Wellstar.Never do I get anyone to answer the phone!! It has lost a personal feel and atmosphere...If Dr. Youmans wasn't there, I probably would find another medical center..
