Dr Vinoba is a wonderful PC doctor. He explains everything in a way I can understand. He is also very personable. My wife and I had our grandsons, ages 12 and 15 with us and we were not allowed to leave them in the waiting room. I needed my wife to accompany me because I have a hearing problem. Dr Vinoba introduced himself, asked their names and shook hands with them and again as we left. He is obviously a very caring person and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a primary care doctor.

Overall a good experience. I trust Dr Vinoba. I didn't care for the memo that I was handed that generally discouraged me from asking any questions about my health. I understand that you can't have preventive care visits turn into lengthy discussions about every ailment someone might have or be worried about, but the memo was just so corporate cold and conveys a message that my health isn't that important compared to your time and billing. Recommend either rewriting that or just skipping it and having the provider explain if/when the visit is going beyond a reasonable scope.

I hate using the MyChart for anything. It is the most user unfriendly thing I have seen. It doesn't allow you to delete old stuff. The layout doesn't make sense and every time I go to the doctor, some kind of new app pops up. It should be 'one stop shopping'. I don't know if the new stuff that pops up is legitimate or not, so I ignore it.
