Dr. Parada is a shrewd and prudent. Dr. Parada explain the procedure step by step about how he will repair my rotater cuff. He also answered my questions and concerns.

Dr. Parada has been my surgeon for 7 years. I trust him 100% and don't know that I would still be here without his care. When I had to change insurances my #1 concern was making sure I could continue to see him. Im grateful for the human being and incredible surgeon that he is.

I waited for almost 2 months to see this doctor because I was considered a new patient even though I had seen a PA at the clinic. I waited over an hour and a half to be called back and I never even got to see the doctor, I saw another PA so I was very disappointed and a little upset that I was made to wait this long for an appointment to see a doctor that I didn't even get to see.

This Doctor stood out above all Doctors I have seen in my 80 years. Most doctors I see, give laymen terms, and don't really seem to know what they are talking about. The problem is, I'm an Engineer and if what they are saying doesn't make logical sense I ask more about it. Many doctors can explain, but most can not. So, in all my years, with many botched diagnosis (some that I protested at the time that it can't be that!!!), and ineffective treatment, I have developed a disrespect and caution about all doctors. Dr. Parada was very technical and when I explained what was going on with my shoulder he could explain the shoulder function and why I experienced what was going on. I was extremely impressed with his answers.

I came to Dr. Parada after my original rotator cuff surgeon moved out of state and my concerns were dismissed by his replacement. Dr. Parada gave me his undivided attention, listened without discounting my 20-year history of shoulder issues, and gave me a non-surgical pathway forward. I wish I knew about Dr. Parada's practice prior to my second rotator cuff surgery on my dominant arm last year. I was happy with my surgeon-I still am-but extremely displeased about being summarily dismissed by his practice because they were angry with him for moving out of state.

I have asked, requested, talked to staff, talked to others on phone about making sure that all Dr. Parada visits are covered by Workmans Comp insurance. Every time I go to check in? They immediately ask about my personal insurance info! This is NOT a personal injury. All Dr Parada visits are ALL Workers Compensation!!!!
