First of all, the staff was very welcoming, very, I just love how the care that I received. Dr. Prada was very knowledgeable of my situation. He explained to me what he was going to do and what would happen if it was something different. He explained everything to me verbatim. The staff was nice, even when I had my surgery on the 17th, everybody was so great. Anesthesiologist team called me every day for about up until Sunday to check on me, make sure that I was good with the pain pump, make sure everything was great. I just really, really, really, really, really love this practice, WellSTAR, Dr. Prada and his team. Everyone was great. I give this

I absolutely love my provider at the West Wheeler Parkway clinic from the time I walk into the building I am greeted with a smile and a hello. They check me in right away and I normally don't have to wait any more than 15 to 20 minutes to be seen by the doctor or a PA the nurse checks me in right away . I am usually in and out of the building in about 45 minutes. I'm truly grateful for the service and support I receive from Dr. Parada's staff. Thank you all

The 4-hour surgery Dr. Parada did repairing and replacing my shoulder went amazingly well, and I have nothing but praise for him; however, the post general anesthesia issues were the worst healthcare-related experience of my life. Unfortunately, I have not been asked to do a survey on the anesthesiologists.

I waited for almost 2 months to see this doctor because I was considered a new patient even though I had seen a PA at the clinic. I waited over an hour and a half to be called back and I never even got to see the doctor, I saw another PA so I was very disappointed and a little upset that I was made to wait this long for an appointment to see a doctor that I didn't even get to see.

This Doctor stood out above all Doctors I have seen in my 80 years. Most doctors I see, give laymen terms, and don't really seem to know what they are talking about. The problem is, I'm an Engineer and if what they are saying doesn't make logical sense I ask more about it. Many doctors can explain, but most can not. So, in all my years, with many botched diagnosis (some that I protested at the time that it can't be that!!!), and ineffective treatment, I have developed a disrespect and caution about all doctors. Dr. Parada was very technical and when I explained what was going on with my shoulder he could explain the shoulder function and why I experienced what was going on. I was extremely impressed with his answers.

Dr. Parada gave me his undivided attention, listened without discounting my 20-year history of shoulder issues, and gave me a non-surgical pathway forward. I wish I knew about Dr. Parada's practice prior to my second rotator cuff surgery on my dominant arm last year. I was happy with my surgeon-I still am-but extremely displeased about being summarily dismissed by his practice because they were angry with him for moving out of state.

I waited for almost 2 months to see this doctor because I was considered a new patient even though I had seen a PA at the clinic. I waited over an hour and a half to be called back and I never even got to see the doctor, I saw another PA so I was very disappointed and a little upset that I was made to wait this long for an appointment to see a doctor that I didn't even get to see.

This Doctor stood out above all Doctors I have seen in my 80 years. Most doctors I see, give laymen terms, and don't really seem to know what they are talking about. The problem is, I'm an Engineer and if what they are saying doesn't make logical sense I ask more about it. Many doctors can explain, but most can not. So, in all my years, with many botched diagnosis (some that I protested at the time that it can't be that!!!), and ineffective treatment, I have developed a disrespect and caution about all doctors. Dr. Parada was very technical and when I explained what was going on with my shoulder he could explain the shoulder function and why I experienced what was going on. I was extremely impressed with his answers.

Dr. Parada is a very down to earth physician. He is compassionate and caring in the way he discusses your medical issues. He is knowledgeable and has a way of communicating medical information and procedures with clarity. I am better informed of my condition and what my options are as well as what my next steps are. Even though I am in a great deal of pain, I feel much better after my visit with Dr. Parada.

The 4-hour surgery Dr. Parada did repairing and replacing my shoulder went amazingly well, and I have nothing but praise for him; however, the post general anesthesia issues were the worst healthcare-related experience of my life. Unfortunately, I have not been asked to do a survey on the anesthesiologists.

I absolutely love my provider at the West Wheeler Parkway clinic from the time I walk into the building I am greeted with a smile and a hello. They check me in right away and I normally don't have to wait any more than 15 to 20 minutes to be seen by the doctor or a PA the nurse checks me in right away . I am usually in and out of the building in about 45 minutes. I'm truly grateful for the service and support I receive from Dr. Parada's staff. Thank you all

First of all, the staff was very welcoming, very, I just love how the care that I received. Dr. Prada was very knowledgeable of my situation. He explained to me what he was going to do and what would happen if it was something different. He explained everything to me verbatim. The staff was nice, even when I had my surgery on the 17th, everybody was so great. Anesthesiologist team called me every day for about up until Sunday to check on me, make sure that I was good with the pain pump, make sure everything was great.
