It was a good experience overall. Personnel were both professional and courteous. They actually saw me ahead of my scheduled appointment time.

Dr Parada did an excellent job on my shoulder replacement. The office visits, however take forever. Got there at 3 pm, left at 5 pm. That was a year out postoperative visit with no problems. This process needs to be addressed. Pray, then wait 30 minutes, then research person visits, then an ortho resident visits, then another 30 minutes and Dr Parada with two residents. Certainly not efficient.

Wonderful staff and doctors here. They listen intently and the patients come up with a plan of action to fix any issues together with the doctors and staff. They are all very empathetic to your pain and orthopedic issues and any upcoming surgery or procedures are fully explained. Everyone is extremely supportive, encouraging and caring. I cannot say enough about how great this entire group of medical professionals in this office are from the moment you walk to the counter, the friendly greeting you receive while you check in with their front office staff, followed by an extremely short wait in the lobby, next onto the updating of your x-rays to see progressions or improvements of any injuries for the visit today, then walked into the exam room for your triage with a member of the nursing staff who listens and documents my vital signs and special needs, shortly followed by meeting with my physician team (PA and Doctor) who have thoroughly reviewed my information, are prepared regarding my needs as well as reasons for this visit, lastly the surgery scheduling staff member comes to you while in the exam room as well as also listens to any specific needs or concerns while explaining all the next steps/expectations the patient will go through in the next few weeks, then finishing up all the way through the appointment discharge for this visit by personally walking you all the way to the front door as you go outside to the sidewalk. Absolutely, patient centered service.

But otherwise, everything was fine. One thing you need to paint that place, it's so dreary. But anyway, everything, the doctor and the nurses were fine. Thank you very much.

My appointment was at 2:45 pm I say the doctor at 4:15 pm this was ridiculous when I left the doors was locked. They had closed I had to wait for someone to come unlock the door to let me out, they didn't know a patient was still there.

He explained to me what he was going to do and what would happen if it was something different. He explained everything to me verbatim. The staff was nice, even when I had my surgery on the 17th, everybody was so great. Anesthesiologist team called me every day for about up until Sunday to check on me, make sure that I was good with the pain pump, make sure everything was great. I just really, really, really, really, really love this practice, WellSTAR, Dr. Prada and his team. Everyone was great. I give this

I cannot say enough about how great this entire group of medical professionals in this office are from the moment you walk to the counter, the friendly greeting you receive while you check in with their front office staff, followed by an extremely short wait in the lobby, next onto the updating of your x-rays to see progressions or improvements of any injuries for the visit today, then walked into the exam room for your triage with a member of the nursing staff who listens and documents my vital signs and special needs, shortly followed by meeting with my physician team (PA and Doctor) who have thoroughly reviewed my information, are prepared regarding my needs as well as reasons for this visit, lastly the surgery scheduling staff member comes to you while in the exam room as well as also listens to any specific needs or concerns while explaining all the next steps/expectations the patient will go through in the next few weeks, then finishing up all the way through the appointment discharge for this visit by personally walking you all the way to the front door as you go outside to the sidewalk. Absolutely, patient centered service.

Dr Parada did an excellent job on my shoulder replacement. The office visits, however take forever. Got there at 3 pm, left at 5 pm. That was a year out postoperative visit with no problems. This process needs to be addressed. Pray, then wait 30 minutes, then research person visits, then an ortho resident visits, then another 30 minutes and Dr Parada with two residents. Certainly not efficient.
