Dr. Parada cares about his patients and puts 100% towards your questions and concerns to provide the best of care. He's an awesome orthopedic doctor. I'm so happy to have Dr. Parada as my surgeon for my right shoulder replacement which is scheduled for 11/11/25. Anna, the sports study coordinator expressed herself very well for concerns of your present condition and future achievements ahead. Julia, Dr. Parada's nurse was so pleasant and understanding. Overall, a phenomenal staff team that I felt privileged to have had the opportunity to be their patient. May God bless you all

I have had a terrible time trying to keep my personal insurance out of my workman's comp care. Terrible problems with billing and such. Billed my personal insurance for a workman's comp surgery and I am still getting personal bills for a Workers comp injury? Has not been corrected yet

He took the time to carefully listen to my full history and concerns instead of rushing through the appointment. That alone made a huge difference. What impressed me most was the care plan he put together. It wasn't generic, it was thoughtful, clear, and personalized specifically to my situation. He explained every option, the risks and benefits, and made sure I felt confident moving forward. I left the appointment not only with answers, but with a real sense of direction and hope. After struggling for so long, it is such a relief to finally have a doctor who listens, cares, and creates an excellent treatment plan. I cannot recommend Dr. Parada enough.

I will say Dr Overgard seemed more concerned and personable when I saw him. If I had another cause for Orthopedic surgery I would definitely request Dr Parada and Dr Overgard again.
