About Stephen Cox, DO
Dr. Cox's educational background includes undergraduate and graduate degrees in Physics from The University of Georgia, where he also participated in the thriving Athens music scene. He earned a doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from PCOM Georgia - the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine branch campus at Suwannee, GA. Finally, he completed three years at Atlanta Medical Center's Family Medicine Residency Program.
Professionally, Dr. Cox maintains membership with the American Academy of Family Physicians, which has been his primary source of continuing medical education since graduating from residency.
Personally, Dr. Cox and his wife Rubina, who is also a family doc, live in Alpharetta. They are blissfully busy with their two children, Julie and Ethan. They spend their time in various sport and music lessons and try to live a happy and full life.

Check-in online was easy the day before and no issues once arriving with delays or whatnot. Dr. Cox is awesome. He listens and feels like your talking with a friend. While the visit was professional it was also casual in that I felt comfortable discussing any topic, answering any question and giving any answers with no reservations on my end which I jave sometimes felt in years past. 4.9 stars to Well Star (not 5.0 because I just do not like going to the doctor). Dr. Cox gets 5.1 stars so he makes up for it.

The office atmosphere is friendly and efficiently organized. The check in procedure was quick. The wait in both the reception and patient rooms was not too long given how early we arrived. All in all the appointment was a good experience.

The doctors at WorldStyle are very good, but the call center service is terrible. They give you the earliest available appointment, which is two or three months away, when the doctor may have much sooner appointments. Please fix this because the call center is not good. I would like to say, one, I love Dr. Cox. He is an excellent doctor. His outlook on patient health and caring for his patients is off the charts. The nursing staff is great. However, the now administration of the chronic illness staff as well as processes, leaves a lot to be desired. And if it were not for Dr. Cox himself, I would definitely go to another facility.

Check-in online was easy the day before and no issues once arriving with delays or whatnot. Dr. Cox is awesome. He listens and feels like your talking with a friend. While the visit was professional it was also casual in that I felt comfortable discussing any topic, answering any question and giving any answers with no reservations on my end which I jave sometimes felt in years past. 4.9 stars to Well Star (not 5.0 because I just do not like going to the doctor). Dr. Cox gets 5.1 stars so he makes up for it.
