Dr. Conner is one of the best doctors I have encountered in a very long time. He read my labs, carefully, took the time to express what he was seeing based on the lab reports. Too, I was impressed that he listened to my concerns and asked appropriate follow up questions. He thoroughly explained his initial findings, then made recommendations for additional labs and x-rays. He provided dates to return.

What you did really well was provide excellent care, exceptional care by the doctor, Stephen Connor, only. The rest of the experience is not even ratable, although I gave it a one. There's no professionalism. The staff up front all appear to be asleep. The nurses act as though they are at a playground. They are nice enough. However, they are not dressed professionally, neither are their interactions professional. In addition, I heard them speaking about a patient, although they didn't talk about her as far as her name goes in the hall. Just no professionalism whatsoever. And I would not recommend this practice to anyone. However, I would recommend Stephen Connor to everyone.
