Primary Care personnel after the reception area are experienced, competent, efficient and caring. This particular appt I had a very skillful Phlebotomist take a blood sample Her name is IVE and best draw first stick and these old veins are not easy as they roll. Once again another very good experience. This level of care is why I am a client of WS/AUHealth Just my opinion....an appt starts with check in and I feel the toys, personal phones, colored key boards etc are probably not necessary at the front desk. One more the walk in from garage is so improved!! Clean new paint, flooring looks great front desk personnel are helpful and friendly!!!
