Wellstar as a whole seems to be discontinued and not on the same page. I was expecting to have surgery today and not an consultation as I was informed in the emergency room that was the plan now I have to wait even longer with glass in my arm before it's taken out. It was disappointing

There is so much to say about this office and their amazing staff. Robyn front office staff made it clear that she wanted to be there and had no problem serving each person hat walked in the building. Kat was gracious and kind my nurse. She made me feel comfortable and not like a burden or as if I was interrupting her day. Dr. Shim. I wish all doctors were like her. Her spirit,bedside manner, time, clarity, passion, personality. This felt like a perfect experience. This is a model office for all practices to follow.
