This is one the friendliest offices that I've been to. From the font desk to the X-ray and exam rooms everyone was awesome. Dr. Shim explained everything thoroughly in terms of that I could understand. Looking forward to smashing and cutting my finger again. ( just kidding).

Not a fan of the AI being done during my visit. It stated that I agreed to have it done and I actually checked NO on the Mychart check-in and nobody asked me. That's my only complaint. I will make sure I specify during all of my visits that it is not my desire to have AI dictation.

She listens closely, takes time to explain things in a way I can understand, and answers my questions openly. I especially appreciate that she gives candid advice and doesn't sugarcoat what I need to know. Her honesty makes it easier for me to trust her guidance and make informed decisions about my care.

Yes, I just wanted to add that me not knowing Dr. being a patient of Dr. Shim for a long time that she has great bedside manners. She sees the patient. She is not rushing. She actually hears and shows that empathy that people should show, whether you're the doctor or the nurse when patients come to your establishment. So I would give her a kudos for that because she was very welcoming. She explained every detail from the entire pre-surgery, also post, after the surgery very carefully. She made sure that you do understand. She's very clear when it comes to communicating.
