This was a great experience from booking the appointment to leaving the office. The person who helped me book was very thorough. I was able to get into see the doc so fast. I'm experiencing pain so I'm so glad for that! The office staff went above and beyond to figure out my insurance. It was wrongly showing that the visit would cost over $400! When I arrived, I was taken back before my appt time. The intake nurse was friendly and didn't make me repeat myself which happens a lot at other doctors. The doctor herself was fantastic! She was so thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciate her saying I was in the right place for my issue. She really took the time to understand my issues and answer all my questions. I appreciate the time and feel I'm in great hands. Thank you to everyone for a fantastic visit! And I didn't have to pay for parking like at every other office!!! That's truly amazing too.

I came to this office with concerns of my hand the provider completely ignored my concerns. I felt unheard, the MA was rude and overall it was a terrible experience. I would not be back to this office i will go to a different provider for a second opinion. I hope this feedback gets taken seriously for the next patient.
