I really appreciated the service that I was rendered at Dr. Shim's office. She was very efficient. She listened to me. She seemed to be really concerned about the progress, the healing of my arm. I also really appreciated the front office staff. They were extremely, extremely helpful. There were a couple names. Ebony was really helpful. There was another lady, but I just cannot remember her name, but they were so friendly, very helpful. They helped me fill out all of my paperwork. So I would just give Dr. Shim's practice and our supporting staff a 10 out of 10. Thank you.

Yeah, I don't think I've ever had a doctor take as much time as she took with me to my problem the other day. It was just incredible. I was so impressed. Maybe that's the normal for orthopedics. I've never been to one before, but I've never had things explained to me in a more concise manner by any doctor ever. I'm 50 years old. Thanks.

This was a great experience from booking the appointment to leaving the office. The person who helped me book was very thorough. I was able to get into see the doc so fast. I'm experiencing pain so I'm so glad for that! The office staff went above and beyond to figure out my insurance. It was wrongly showing that the visit would cost over $400! When I arrived, I was taken back before my appt time. The intake nurse was friendly and didn't make me repeat myself which happens a lot at other doctors. The doctor herself was fantastic! She was so thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciate her saying I was in the right place for my issue. She really took the time to understand my issues and answer all my questions. I appreciate the time and feel I'm in great hands. Thank you to everyone for a fantastic visit! And I didn't have to pay for parking like at every other office!!! That's truly amazing too.

I would not be back to this office i will go to a different provider for a second opinion. I hope this feedback gets taken seriously for the next patient.
