She was relatable, explained everything thoroughly, very concerned, very kind, very high energy and really knew her area of expertise and made excellent recommendations. She's an outstanding physician and I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Yes, I just wanted to add that me not knowing Dr. being a patient of Dr. Shim for a long time that she has great bedside manners. She sees the patient. She is not rushing. She actually hears and shows that empathy that people should show, whether you're the doctor or the nurse when patients come to your establishment. So I would give her a kudos for that because she was very welcoming. She explained every detail from the entire pre-surgery, also post, after the surgery very carefully. She made sure that you do understand. She's very clear when it comes to communicating.

Wellstar as a whole seems to be discontinued and not on the same page. I was expecting to have surgery today and not an consultation as I was informed in the emergency room that was the plan now I have to wait even longer with glass in my arm before it's taken out. It was disappointing

Robyn front office staff made it clear that she wanted to be there and had no problem serving each person hat walked in the building. Kat was gracious and kind my nurse. She made me feel comfortable and not like a burden or as if I was interrupting her day. Dr. Shim. I wish all doctors were like her. Her spirit,bedside manner, time, clarity, passion, personality. This felt like a perfect experience. This is a model office for all practices to follow.
