Dr. Stacie Hamley Oberstein is wonderful! She is personable, knowledgeable, and she cares about her patients. She spends quality time answers questions and addressing concerns. We appreciate the fact that she listens and finds viable solutions for any matters that we address with her. Dr. Oberstein is accommodating, flexible and thorough in her approach. The possibility of virtual visits is indeed helpful and meaningful to us, since we live further away from the "brick and mortar" office now. It allows for the same quality care in a virtual setting, for my son's follow up appointments to discuss medication management. The medical staff at East Cobb pediatrics is cordial and helpful as well. Thank you to Dr. Oberstein and to the staff at Wellstar East Cobb Pediatrics!

The first time we were, there was an amazing experience. We got lucky and we checked in quickly saw the doctor quickly the nurses phlebotomist everybody was amazing this time same except the weight in between check-in and seeing a physician was over an hour. I know this can be very minimum compared to horror stories. I've heard but you set the expectation high. The first visit I work for the Air Lines and we are required to update passengers every 15 minutes even if we have no new information I know the healthcare system is very different, but it would be nice. If even every 30 minutes, somebody poked their head in and said we haven't forgotten about you waiting on the doctor. She had an emergency will be here when she gets here. . Would have given us perspective and we would've continued to wait patiently which we did anyway but again just a thought. The ER seemed empty. We didn't understand why we weren't seen sooner but once someone informed us, we were happy to wait even though our daughter was itching terribly and extremely uncomfortable. Info is King! When a customer is informed they feel valued

Friendly and welcoming staff and great providers. Only thing I was unhappy about was the TV in the waiting room (set at a very loud volume) with a loud and overstimulating show playing, and both TV sets were echoing. Is there something more soothing that can be played in the waiting room? If I had to wait any longer during my visit, I'd wait in the lobby vs sitting near the TV.

Hi, we absolutely love Dr. Hamley. We love the staff that we worked with. The nurse that we worked with this time was the fastest I think I've ever encountered for giving shots. She did such a great job. We were so grateful for that. Our one consistent piece of feedback is just the wait time. Wait time between when we're first taken back to the room to when we actually see the doctor to when we actually get any vaccines or anything of that sort. It's typically pretty hefty. So that's my only negative feedback. Otherwise, we love everyone there and I've been so grateful. So thank you so much.

Only thing I was unhappy about was the TV in the waiting room (set at a very loud volume) with a loud and overstimulating show playing, and both TV sets were echoing. Is there something more soothing that can be played in the waiting room? If I had to wait any longer during my visit, I'd wait in the lobby vs sitting near the TV.

Excessive wait time at provider office after taking appointment and arriving on time ... waited there missing my office for 30 -40 mins before meeting the doctor

Hi, my son had a doctor's appointment with Stacy Hamley and she is a wonderful doctor. I wish on line like two people reviewed her and didn't give her good stars, but every time we've gone, she's just been so great. So I would definitely highly recommend her.

The first time we were, there was an amazing experience. We got lucky and we checked in quickly saw the doctor quickly the nurses phlebotomist everybody was amazing this time same except the weight in between check-in and seeing a physician was over an hour. I know this can be very minimum compared to horror stories. I've heard but you set the expectation high. The first visit I work for the Air Lines and we are required to update passengers every 15 minutes even if we have no new information I know the healthcare system is very different, but it would be nice. If even every 30 minutes, somebody poked their head in and said we haven't forgotten about you waiting on the doctor. She had an emergency will be here when she gets here. . Would have given us perspective and we would've continued to wait patiently which we did anyway but again just a thought. The ER seemed empty. We didn't understand why we weren't seen sooner but once someone informed us, we were happy to wait even though our daughter was itching terribly and extremely uncomfortable. Info is King! When a customer is informed they feel valued

Dr. Stacie Hamley Oberstein is wonderful! She is personable, knowledgeable, and she cares about her patients. She spends quality time answers questions and addressing concerns. We appreciate the fact that she listens and finds viable solutions for any matters that we address with her. Dr. Oberstein is accommodating, flexible and thorough in her approach. The possibility of virtual visits is indeed helpful and meaningful to us, since we live further away from the "brick and mortar" office now. It allows for the same quality care in a virtual setting, for my son's follow up appointments to discuss medication management. The medical staff at East Cobb pediatrics is cordial and helpful as well. Thank you to Dr. Oberstein and to the staff at Wellstar East Cobb Pediatrics!
