The staff at WellSTAR with Dr. O'Brien is very considerate and patient and I would recommend them to my friends and family and neighbors and I especially like to go there because I feel comfortable and they listen to me and they pay attention and that's what I like is for somebody to give your undivided attention when you go to someone. Wonderful experience start to finish. Dr. O'Brien is always thorough. Her MA, I think her name was Shannon, was fantastic. Nima in the lab always seems to get the blood draws without effort and is amazing at her job.

I come for a yearly physical and get blood work done and there is NEVER any follow-up to go over my lab results ( those that are not in the normal range) eg my total cholesterol this time was 484!!! I never got a call from Dr O'Brien or her staff..I had to contact them after a week. I won't be returning
