As a fairly newer patient I'm still getting to know everyone at the Office. I am very happy with Dr. O'Brien. I am very happy with this offices communications. When I send a question or have a concern within the portal this office responds promptly! Grateful for that.

I have real bad anxiety. I feel comfortable when I go see my doctor. The staff is wonderful. I think I have the best doctor ever. The nurses nurse practitioners are lovely. I do recommend them and I've had several family members moved from their doctors and start going to my doctor. They make you feel like family instead of a patient.

I don't like that I can't just come from one to nine. It's like a series of questions that last forever. Like, I would prefer the questionnaire to be quicker.

I've been coming to this practice for years. I was very, very disappointed. This was my angle physical, so I had to go back to my original primary care doctor because my nurse practitioner has moved. But I was rushed. It was an angle physical. I had to talk fast and she wasn't able to spend the full 30 minutes with me. And when I mentioned it to her that, you know, I needed more time, she basically said that The time starts when you check in and it took them about 10 minutes or 15 minutes to even come get me. And I was there early. I got there five minutes before, well, no, 10 minutes before my appointment actually. So that was a concern. So I think that the thing they could improve on is spending time, having bedside manner with me. Dr. O'Brien, she really rushed and she didn't really get to the nitty-gritty of what was going on with me, especially with my age.

The staff at WellSTAR with Dr. O'Brien is very considerate and patient and I would recommend them to my friends and family and neighbors and I especially like to go there because I feel comfortable and they listen to me and they pay attention and that's what I like is for somebody to give your undivided attention when you go to someone.
