Dr. O'Brien has a wonderful bedside manner and is always finding out everything about my current condition and if I'm having any new issues. I like the fact, she often refers over-the-counter instead of prescriptions. I feel like she stays on top of my health and remembers me in my health issues. Dr. O'Brien is personable and it's always a pleasurable experience. With some doctors, you just feel like you're part of a cattle call or just a number.

Dr O'Brien and Nurse Teagan are a personable, efficient and thorough professional medical team. I am always impressed. The front office runs smoothly and efficiently. My check-in required extra work because "My Chart" lacks clarity in some of the form work and I was unable to complete it on my own. These issues were smoothed over without any fuss in short order by the Receptionist. Check-out was a breeze. I had my next appointment in hand within seconds of approaching the exit. The whole experience was excellent and I have recommended this practice to friends.

It's almost like so satisfying to interact with her. Giving me points on what I needed to start doing more. and new exercises to help me with my body's essential energy and to get my muscles back. I have a very demanding request from her NOT to leave Wellstar. ?? Thank you as well to Marc ( nurse) he's been very good as well.

I've seen Dr O'Brien for a few years. Due to insurance, I had to find a different PCP in network. Now that my insurance changed again to include her, I'm coming running back. Not just for her, although she's lovely and amazing, but the entire staff is incredible. They do their jobs, clearly enjoy helping people to the best of their ability, they execute tasks in a very efficient and timely manner, and regularly communicate. The other practice I was at, I couldn't get someone to help with my insurance authorization or appeal for over 2 months. I couldn't message my doctor through the portal. It was a nightmare anytime outside of the exam room. I'm thrilled to be back here, with a doctor, LPN's, MA's and CSR who know me and always make me feel welcomed, valued, and that my health matters to them, too.
