Arrived 10:30 am. Green parking deck was full on all floors. Went up to level 8, down to level 2, back up to 8 where I parked at an "illegal" space at the end. Every other lot stops cars with "lot full" message. Why not this lot? And get the doctor's parking lot under the hospital back open ASAP!

She came into the room, and introduced herself to me then went over and introduced herself to my wife. That was important to me that wife wife should be acknowledged. She took her time explaining why I needed a heart cath. And she followed up with that I i needed sooner that later. Excellent people skills.

It's been a whirlwind for me from a $99 CT Scan, to Cardiologist, to Stress Test, to Cardiac Cathertization & Stent in a few short weeks. As you can imagine it was a scary and unnerving time for me and my family, but everyone I have interacted with has provided excellent care, answered my multitude of questions, and treated me like they genuinely cared for my well being - I wasn't just a # to see and move on to the next patient. I don't think that I can ever truly understand express my gratitude for the care I have received.
