The nurse was hilarious, informative and very good with my kids. She helped ease the chaos. The front desk person was over the moon friendly and energetic! The Doctor was amazing. Very informative, noticed a problem and immediately sent in the referral just to simply double check something. Was very reassuring that she wouldn't miss anything with my kids. Very happy with this location!

I did very much like the bedside manner of the doctor and the nurses' aide, but yet still I had a problem with the front desk. Not that they wasn't courteous, but we've been coming to this facility for over five years and now they're asking me for guardianship paperwork, which should be already in the chart if you was to read it more so. And I don't feel that I need to show the paperwork when it's under my husband's TRICARE. And I don't know if it's because it's new staff, but in the past, the other lady that retired, we had already established everything. So I just think that it should be looked into detail before asking a patient.

Provider was great! However the difficulty of front staff to help me find the fax number they need to obtain my records was a surprise. I was multitasking with a child on the spectrum with limited time. The receptionist was not helpful in helping me Lorain the fax number they needed to obtain out of state medical documents. She was not helpful in helping me complete the paper work accurately.

I really liked the treatment, the kindness of the doctor and nurse, and the girl at reception was very friendly; she greeted us with a smile even though I don't speak English and offered me help with a virtual translator. The doctor and I were also very kind; they are all wonderful people.
