The first time, during the examination, they didn't ask me what questions I had, but just told me that it was an annual examination and nothing was covered by insurance.

The staff was friendly and everything was on-time. Dr. Brahmadevi was also very friendly and answered all of my questions. She did not appear at all rushed or anxious to move on to her next patient and spent a good amount of time with me. It was a very good visit!

Yeah, billing related I am not clear billing information. Already that first day is saying that 500 I paid like that 300 after insurance cover. After then yesterday I have got like the 200. Billing related is not clear nor good that billing related. That is to improve that one. You have to give that clarity and clear picture that customer and patient. Thank you.

My visit experience with the Holcomb bridge office of WellStar. Was very good: I was treated very warm and spoken to in a gentle manner, the doctor was very informative and sent me to the emergency room at North Fulton hospital on Holcomb bridge. There the emergency room attendance doctor was very good he explained everything to me about what was going on with my symptoms and also gave me medication and let reassured me that everything would be all right and that if I should need them again do not hesitate to come back to the hospital. For a problem with my colon he sent all the information over to my primary and I called them today and they are in return calling My GI doctor to make sure that I'm seeing. So I have only good things to say about the care team that I was provided that everyone was very attentive to me and gave me warm and receptive treatment.
