So I appreciated her very much. And also, she was the one that discovered my breast cancer before when it didn't show up on the mammogram and she's great.

Dr. Niazi is fantastic. His nurse practitioner was horrible. She didn't listen to me. She wanted to rush me. She wanted to get me out of the office. So I will never see her again. I will continue to see Dr. Niazi.

The nurse practitioner was very thorough, did a very good job. The nurse that, when we came into the room, that did the blood pressure and that kind of stuff, it seemed like she was under some duress for the day. She did not seem totally connected. But other than that, it was a good visit. Thank you.

The lady who called me back did not know what she was doing. She asked me about family history updates and I told her I think my dad had a stroke. She didn't want to add the information to my chart because she is documenting under her name and if I'm not sure she doesn't want to put it. Basically my dad had a cardiac event and she did not add it in my family history. She is taking my blood pressure and asked me to raise my arm up in the air. The body is supposed to be relaxed especially the arm the blood pressure is being taken which appears she is not aware of. When she asked me about what arm I wanted to get the flu shot in I told her the right. She asked what was my dominant arm and I told her my right. She proceeded to question my decision to use my right arm. Through the entire appointment she called me sweetie. I am not her sweetie and she does not know me like that. I have a name that she could have used to be more personable. Overall I did not feel comfortable with her and immediately shut down when she told me she didn't want to document something that I wasn't sure about because her name is attached to it. Her job is to ask clarifying questions to ensure appropriate can is being provided. I do not want her in the future and will ask for a new staff if she calls my name.
