The ladies at the front desk go beyond to help! I was having a problem getting a prescription filled due to the new Medicare Bridge Program with my pharmacy..... they stepped in and sorted it out immediately!! I was so relieved. I know when I go to this office, they will take care of my needs.

Dr. Sophia Saifee started out seeming nervous and like she was in a hurry. I told her I was having constipation problems. She immediately wanted to refer me to a Gastro. I said that wasn't necessary. I was just started taking Wegovy in the past few months and was having trouble adjusting. She became very concerned and friendly and shared some information from family. This was good. She advised me to try taking MiraLAX and Metamucil. She also suggested buying prunes or prune juice. But then, when she was examining me, I felt like she barely put the stethoscope on my skin. She looked in my ears, mouth and nose, which was totally unnecessary. She also said I needed to say my PCP in a month to follow up. I said I'm here because of a constipation issue. I do not think I need to be back in a month. I can call if I continue to have issues. And then to my surprise, when I went to check out, she had requested me see my PCP and now today received a call today because she also referred me to a Gastro doctor. Is she new? Does she have anxiety issues? Or is she just trying to play the system and have patients in for unnecessary appointments?

I always been impressed with this clinic. This they are from the beginning. You walk through the door to even while you're leaving. They so kind, loving, respectful and they're so real and their personalities. They really are very personable. The doctor, the staff, the front desk, the nurses. All of them are just amazing. I feel like a little family when I walk in and I know I have a disabled granddaughter and they treat her with so much respect. So much kindness and love and she's I never understand that she will love to go to a doctor's appointment because she wanted to see the doctors or she want to talk to the nurses or to the staff so that just shows you by yourself. They are very kind and loving and a family atmosphere

She didn't pay attention to what I'm going through. I suggested to her about the medicine I used before the one she prescribed, and I told her about back pain, but she didn't listen. I don't think I need that kind of medical attention, and I did feel some discrimination because I don't speak English. I don't think that should be a reason for her to treat me like that.
