I will NOT see this provider in the future. She did not listen, I had to ask her to look at my skin condition (the entire reason for my visit) because she didn't even want to see it. This is NOT the level of care I have come to expect, and receive, from providers in this practice.

This page wouldn't have enough space for me to express how grateful I am to have Dr. Saifee as our Doctor and Jessica as her assistant, they are both caring, professionals and good listeners to all of my concerns and boy do I have a lot to deal with, but for them it's easy to get me where I need to go and give me what I need to help me. I also want to mention the front office stay, they too are caring and professionals and willing to assist us with appt setup, even making sure the kiosk is working properly, they are all great, can't remember all of their names. Please thank them all for all they do. This practice is the best one yet for me and so clean too.

Overall experience was very good Dr. Sophia Saifee's bedside manners were excellent. She took time to discuss issues and did not rush in and out. The check in process was online (which I hate). They had approximately 4 idle people behind the check in desk and did not offer to help until I was nearly complete with the form. Please put humans back in the equation.
