First visit. Annual physical with concerns about rapid weight gain and itching legs. I wasn't physically examined and told to come back in 2-3 days for blood work, even though I'd fasted and was prepared. I was there 30 mins max. Given referrals and then I left. Appreciate the cream for itch, but I'd said I'd been given creams by a PCF and a dermatologist. So I didn't need more bc it's not worked. There's something more going on.

My doctor (Sophia Saifee) listened to my every word and made sure to send me to the right people for the care I needed and follow up on them. When I have issues sooner the staff is quick to answer my questions and get me an appointment, the medical assistant was also amazing and also checked up on me remembering who I was and what care I needed.
