About Sophia Goodridge, MD
Dr. Delpe Goodridge completed her urology residency at Yale New Haven Hospital and went on to pursue a fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Her interests include male and female voiding dysfunction, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, robotic reconstructive surgery and prosthetics.
Dr. Delpe Goodridge joined us in Atlanta by way of Long Island, NY, where she spent most of her childhood. She and her husband are excited about the new adventures to come.

In my 70 years of experience, Dr. Goodridge is one of the most outstanding doctors that has ever provided care to me. If your scale went beyond "10" I would gladly check as high a number as possible for any metric/descriptor of her ability and concern.

Dr. Goodridge is the first urologist who actually, on my initial visit with her, took interest in my health, first to really listen to me and to "hear" me. She collected my history and information, and then she laid out a careful, thought-out plan of care, which she said we will trial, and she wanted to see me back, and if this did not work she would try something else. Some things worked, most worked actually. New medication, suggestions and recommendations by her on what I could do for my health in this regard. Now, she monitors my urology health and is attentive with every visit when I return to see her. She asks me if the treatment she prescribed is effective, and if it is not, then she wants to know so we can move on to something else. Most important thing is, she listened to me. She heard what I had to tell her about how I was feeling, the issues I had been having, the pain, how many urologists I had been to see prior to meeting her, and again, based on these things, she developed a treatment care plan for me, for my issues. She's a very, very good listener, and she has helped me, by the plan she developed, to have far less bladder pain and discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Goodridge to anyone having these bladder issues, or any type of urology issue.
