I felt like the provider blamed my feelings of instability on my knees. They made an appointment two months in the future. I just waited four months for an appointment. I don't even have an appointment to see the doctor in the future. They're all nurse practitioners. I don't want to see a nurse practitioner except for testing.

It was a pleasure to meet Dr Patel and have her discuss my wife's condition and show a genuine interest. We have wasted two years since her diagnosis seeing a Dr's PA who usually allotted 10 to 15 minutes giving her a useless memory tests with little show of concern for her.

Because I am not technically inclined I was unable complete or do the virtual, I could hear her but she couldn't hear me. It was complicated for me to understand how to manipulate the virtual technology. But she was able to tell me that her nurse would contact me by phone and reschedule an in person appointment.
