So you want to feel like that the doctors you're seeing is maybe it's not a big problem for to him, but to you it is, and especially, I guess, the older you get. And that was just kind of my experience.

My appointment was at 2:40 PM and I was not taken back to a room to be seen until 3:30 PM. I think that if we are required to arrive 15 minutes before our appointment time that we should at least be taken back at or around our appointment time not 50 minutes later.

Every time we go to your facilities the wait is ridiculously long. There's no reason why a 7:45 appointment gets seen at almost 9am. Then we get to the back we didn't see the doctor. We saw his student. This is ridiculous to bill our insurance for this and he saw us for 2 minutes. So we drive out of our way, wait an hour and then see someone for 2 minutes and we have to pay almost $500. The doctor could've just saw a picture of our son's hands and saved us the time and the money. I would not recommend your facility because it's like this no matter where we go. Long wait times and expensive bills.
