I feel like I got good care but they charged $350 for a new patient office visit and I have been a patient in the past. That was for a few minutes of evaluation and no treatment is even promised.

Waiting time is awful. I waited 45 minutes beyond my scheduled time before I was seated in a room. After my xrays,, there was not a room available for me to return to, Another 10 minute wait. I should not be there for two hours, for a ten minute visit with my doctor. Overscheduling to make more money is not professional, Wellstar should get its act together and treat patients with timely respect.

My experience with Dr. Fulcher was great. However, my appointment was at 9:00 and I didn't get taken back to a room until 9:40 and didn't see the provider until after 10:00. While I understand some appointments take longer than others, wait times like this are unacceptable.

You can improve by not calling me for input until after the procedure is done. At this point, all I've done is talk to the doctor. He really hasn't done anything yet. He was patient and I liked him a lot, thought he was great, but performance is what counts.

I was quite happy with my visit with Dr. Fulcher, his staff, and the support staff in the front office. I was disappointed with the condition of the waiting area as the chairs appeared very dingy and soiled, there was a plaque to make recommendations for awards, but no other materials to make said recommendations, the television was turned off and dusty, and the accessories looked worn down and outdated. The staff seemed very happy to be at work and jovial with one another when I had to come out to inquire about my wait as I was in the room without someone checking on me for 40 minutes. I understand that i was brought back after my appointment time because of administrative issues (my insurance card wouldn't scan, there were issues with insurance verification), and I appreciate them very much assuring me that the physician would be in when inquired.

I was very unsatisfied with over an hour wait as I watched at least 8 others who arrived after I did go back before me. I may have still been waiting had I not said something to the Nurse coming out in the lobby calling the next patients name. That needs to get better.
