I don't feel that there needs to be any improvement from the staff to the front office workers that check me in to the nurses, Mr. Fulcher himself, and many others that have helped me along my journey with my care was top share. I'm so very thankful for the way they help their patients, and they treat them as people, listening, and documenting, and taking concerns seriously. And that is what sets Mr. Simeon Fulcher and his staff apart. And I'm very thankful for how well I've been treated through this journey.

It took too long to get admitted when a provider sent us to be admitted. Sitting in the er could have done more damage to the pt leg. Something needs to be setup when a pt is supposed to go to the er to be admitted. Maybe beds in the er set up for those pt until a room upstairs comes available.

As an professional that was in patient health care, at both the hospital and clinical setting, I would recomend Dr Fulcher and his staff without hesitation. Dr Fulcher was knowledgeable and listened to what I had to say during my visit. The resident Doctor, his name I unfortunately dont recall, was very knowledgeable and attentive as well. Trinity with the nursing staff, was very helpful and calmed the few nerves I had, when it comes to visiting a new practice. My wife and I are somewhat new to the area and we both will definitely be using Wellstar for our Healthcare needs in the future.

Waiting time is awful. I waited 45 minutes beyond my scheduled time before I was seated in a room. After my xrays,, there was not a room available for me to return to, Another 10 minute wait. I should not be there for two hours, for a ten minute visit with my doctor. Overscheduling to make more money is not professional, Wellstar should get its act together and treat patients with timely respect.
