It was my first time meeting with Dr Pandey as I had been looking to replace my former Wellstar PCP and I was wowed from the door! Everyone I encountered was exceptional and it just felt like I have finally found the "right fit". I have already recommended this doctor to my daughter and have spoken very highly of my experience.

Dr. Pandey is a caring doctor who is knowledgeable & empathetic. When I learned of my diagnosis and having to deal with the subsequent complications, she reassured me that I would get better. She explained what was happening and why. She explained why I was being put on certain medications and/or why dosages needed to change. I'm not from this area so finding Dr. Pandey was like finding a needle in a haystack. I can't say enough about how wonderful she is.

They would've informed about the lab repair status well in advance before my visit where I had to drive back again to different branch for my fasting blood which took extra 1.5 hrs which impacted my morning scheduled office meetings But over all the service is very good and the detailed results were posted very well

There were just not enough people working in the office. Dr. Pandey said there were several people that have left and there was a layoff. But anyway, there were short, two, maybe three people. So that slowed things down a lot more than usual. And that was, well, it didn't help the rest of our day go long. The timing was just bad getting out of there instead of spending an hour. It was like close to three hours.
