Dr. Pandey and all of the staff at this location were professional, courteous, and kind. They made me feel at ease. Dr. Pandey is phenomenal and compassionate. I have bounced around with doctors over the past couple of years and this was the first time I felt heard, seen, and well taken care of. She came up with a solid plan for my health condition with options. I told her that I just want to feel better and she took it serious and didn't just give me another prescription - she gave me a plan. I am so incredibly grateful to have found her. I absolutely love Dr Pandey and my health has greatly improved since I started seeing her. I do not understand why My chart makes me answer all of these questions with e check-in and then staff calls me while I'm waiting for virtual to begin and asks me the same questions. It's not a big deal but it happens every time and is irritating.
