They would've informed about the lab repair status well in advance before my visit where I had to drive back again to different branch for my fasting blood which took extra 1.5 hrs which impacted my morning scheduled office meetings But over all the service is very good and the detailed results were posted very well

There were just not enough people working in the office. Dr. Pandey said there were several people that have left and there was a layoff. But anyway, there were short, two, maybe three people. So that slowed things down a lot more than usual. And that was, well, it didn't help the rest of our day go long. The timing was just bad getting out of there instead of spending an hour. It was like close to three hours.
