Dr. Pandey and all of the staff at this location were professional, courteous, and kind. They made me feel at ease. Dr. Pandey is phenomenal and compassionate. I have bounced around with doctors over the past couple of years and this was the first time I felt heard, seen, and well taken care of. She came up with a solid plan for my health condition with options. I told her that I just want to feel better and she took it serious and didn't just give me another prescription - she gave me a plan. I am so incredibly grateful to have found her. Thank you Dr. Pandey!

I absolutely love Dr Pandey and my health has greatly improved since I started seeing her. I do not understand why My chart makes me answer all of these questions with e check-in and then staff calls me while I'm waiting for virtual to begin and asks me the same questions. It's not a big deal but it happens every time and is irritating.

Yes, I think all in all, I think the doctor should actually review the patient's well chart. I felt like I was giving information that should have been looked at prior to her coming in. I also felt like the doctor checked me. I know it's a wellness check. She checked me really fast, but I also felt like when she stepped out, I didn't hear from her again. So I didn't know if she was coming back in the room or what. She just left. So I was waiting to hear something as far as, okay, we're going to get some lab tests done and then we'll find out what's next. But I didn't hear anything. She came in, asked me questions what I thought she should have already known based on my information. Like she had asked me when my last colonoscopy was. That's in MyChart. I felt like I had to tell her that I had a surgery done back in

Dr. Sima Pandey is personable, knowledgeable, caring, and has very good interpersonal skills. I drove 1 hour to come see her for my annual physical and she exceeded my expectations once again. Hope to continue care with her for years to come.

Dr. Pandey is an awesome doctor. She's attentive to my healthcare needs. I'm going through a health issue that stopped my life of independence full stop. I absolutely love Dr Pandey and my health has greatly improved since I started seeing her. I do not understand why My chart makes me answer all of these questions with e check-in and then staff calls me while I'm waiting for virtual to begin and asks me the same questions. It's not a big deal but it happens every time and is irritating.

Dr. Pandey and all of the staff at this location were professional, courteous, and kind. They made me feel at ease. Dr. Pandey is phenomenal and compassionate. I have bounced around with doctors over the past couple of years and this was the first time I felt heard, seen, and well taken care of. She came up with a solid plan for my health condition with options. I told her that I just want to feel better and she took it serious and didn't just give me another prescription - she gave me a plan. I am so incredibly grateful to have found her.
