I've been at this UC three times in the past 4 months. Everyone seems happy with their work and co workers. I've been treated with respect and kindness. My visits we fast, not from rushing but from efficiency. If I'm going to be sick these are the people I want to take care of me.

Everyone was friendly and professional from the receptionist who greeted me to the nurse and the Nurse Practitioner (Shogofa Halimi). I wish she was a regular at this location. I had my son go to this location a few days later with similar symptoms. She wasn't there, but he had a positive experience. Shogofa is a true professional in the health field. She absolutely cares about her patients. She's intelligent and easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable. She knew exactly how to treat my symptoms. I started feeling better shortly after my visit. Thank you.

I love this specific urgent care. Whenever I have a problem, I go there. I feel very confident. I have always gotten good care there. So I don't even have a primary care doctor because I depend upon this urgent care to solve any medical problem that comes along. Thank you so much.

Yes, I had an outstanding experience at this WellSTAR urgent care and especially the certified nurse practitioner was just totally outstanding. And I'm not sure of her name, Shalini maybe was her first name. She was, I could not recommend her more. I would like to see her every time and I praised her to another doctor the next day. Everyone was truly outstanding and seemed to care. I visit this facility often and this was by far one of the very best experiences I've had. So I would rate everything a 10, especially

On my discharge paper they put that I weight 220 lbs .When they took my weight on the scale in kilograms it was 89 kg . My weight supposed to be 196 in lbs . I would like to be corrected on file please.

I had some concerns about pain during treatment. Nurse Jackson was very professional and assured me that I was in good hands. Nurse practitioner, Shogoga Halimi, was very kind, thorough and gentle. She did an excellent job explaining the problem, the remedy, and next steps after treatment. I felt the team spirit among the staff, from the front desk to the treatment area. This was an excellent experience!

The provider was awesome, very professional, very caring. The up front at the desk area young woman was very, very professional and very caring. And you changed people up in the front because I haven't been there in a while and that's why I didn't go there very often. But this young woman was very caring and sweet and I'd definitely go back. So you did the right thing changing the front person, the person in the front desk area.
