What they did very well was that they treated me very quickly and were kind. The doctor was the one who said something to me a little bit, and I didn't understand. When she was going to check my throat, she told me to open my mouth differently. And I didn't understand any more. She didn't check my throat afterward. I said it was fine. That's all it was. Everything went perfectly well.

I waited very little to no time at all to be seen. The Doctor was extremely nice, personable, showed real concern for my issue, was really kind and explained things to me in way that it was easy for me to understand not only my injury but what to expect next. I've been to other Wellstar Urgent care locations and this is by far, the best experience I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, to the moment I got home it was barely 1 hour total and that included time waiting for my prescription at the pharmacy and drive time. I was in a lot of pain so the prompt attention and fast care made a huge difference! Thank you!
