All of the practitioners were extremely kind. I was in pain, so my brain wasn't working as fast as it would've otherwise. They were all very patient and kind about that. Everything was quick, efficient, and I got my antibiotics within the hour of my appointment.

The front desk staff was very friendly and courteous. The MA/CMA who checked me in listened to all my concerns. But once the provider (Halimi NP) came in, I felt that she did not want to "touch me" and wanted to get me out of the office as quickly as possible. Some of my concerns I felt were dismissed or not taken seriously.

MA took me back there was so understanding what I am going through and helped me best way she can as I was waiting for the provider. Provider came in very quickly after MA left and handled and ordered everything in a quickly manner. Everything happened so fast and amazingly.
