Receptionist was extremely helpful courteous and professional. Nurse and doctor were extremely professional , assisted me in a timely manner. Shogofa Halimi knew immediately what treatment was necessary , explained the treatment thoroughly , and told me what to expect from the treatment . She was very attentive to all my questions and answered them in a manner which I had no problem understanding and I left fully understanding what to do. She also recommended that I receive a technus shot, which was administered . I will recommend this clinic and staff to anyone who needs urgent medical care.

I have been to this Wellstar facility many times. The front desk has always been professional and very efficient. The medical staff is amazing. The PA that I saw gave me exactly what I needed and I left there knowing that I would be on my way to feeling better soon. I had seen this PA before and she always takes the time to hear me out and we agree on a path forward with proper meds.

Shogofa Halimi, NP did an absolutely amazing job diagnosing my issue. She gave me insight and instruction on how to treat my paronychia. She lanced my would to get rid of excess puss and instructed me on how to do it myself (without lancing), clean and apply ointment myself. My wound has healed greatly healed and I cannot thank her enough!

They did all of the vital checks, but they truly listened to what I thought might be wrong with myself since I have experience with what this feels like for my body. They took my opinion and my experiences into consideration, and that's not something you always see in healthcare providers. So this was a magnificent experience.
