About Shivam Patel, MD
From the start, Dr. Patel studied medicine to help people take charge of their health through education, guidance and support. While in medical school, he became fascinated with the logic and physiology of the endocrine system and found his calling as an endocrinologist.
Through the years, Dr. Patel has developed lasting patient relationships and has become a partner on their paths to better health. The most fulfilling part of his work is empowering people to control their endocrine disorders, instead of letting it control their quality of life.

Dr. Patel is a rate physician. He doesn't rush the patient out after a 10 minute visit. He takes his time in getting to know a new patient, me and the health challenges I have. He was very thorough in sharing information about possible treatment of my bone condition and provided printed documents to take home that I could receive as well. I am quite pleased to have him as my doctor.

His staff is friendly and courteous, Especially his Medical assistant. I definitely pay attention when staff is checking my glucose. She didn't take the first drop of blood she wiped it and took the second. I know she got an accurate reading. Alcohol can misconstrue the results.
