I love coming to see Sherry James. She is an amazing nurse practitioner that actually listens to you. She always makes sure to listen to you.

I was able to get into the nurse practitioner, Sherry James, quickly and she addressed all my concerns and really put me at ease and she did what a machine can't do. She understood, she listened, she was able to empathize and when my tears were flowing, maybe she was, I don't know if they're supposed to say this or not, but she gave me a hug and I really needed that hug. I just really appreciate how she took care of me and went above and beyond in my opinion.

Sherry James is one of the best, best doctors I have ever had. She may be a nurse practitioner, but I consider her to be a doctor. She takes care of me. She monitors everything. She does absolutely my ideal of a physician. The staff is very nice. They're one of the best that I have been around anywhere in Wellstar, so I highly compliment your office.

I have been struggling with prescriptions and the communication regarding them. Provider has sent wrong prescriptions in, I have paid for the errors, and feel that I have to call in monthly to get issues and confusion resolved. I don't mind being my own advocate, but it seems like I need to scrutinize everything, and have a constant back and forth via phone and portal to get issues resolved. Happy to discuss in more detail as needed.
