I have been struggling with prescriptions and the communication regarding them. Provider has sent wrong prescriptions in, I have paid for the errors, and feel that I have to call in monthly to get issues and confusion resolved. I don't mind being my own advocate, but it seems like I need to scrutinize everything, and have a constant back and forth via phone and portal to get issues resolved. Happy to discuss in more detail as needed.
