First time doing a video conference . It was truly a great experience for someone who is IT challenged and a senior . But the Wellstar staff was very patient walking us through the set up procedure and finally we were on. The results of the scan presentation was excellent, very detailed and informative. Great work by your staff and an innovative step by Wellstar for seniors to get the results at home and not having to drive the distance . Thanks and keep up the good work!!! You have a great team !!!

The front desk was super nice I was late trying to find the office in wellstar. She was understanding. The nurse who did the weight was super friendly and the nurse practitioner was fabulous. I was definitely nervous due to the option it might be cancer. Hits a little too close to home but everyone made me more relaxed. Excellent customer service!! Low key hope the pumpkin 10 wins
