The entire staff was very professional from the person at the front desk to the nurse that came into the room to sign me in. Dr. Matthews was thorough and asked me questions. Asked if I had any questions. Very nice. I am very satisfied with my service there I highly would recommend Dr. Matthews and his staff.

The doctor really didn't listen to me. I told him this all started after I had surgery with my throat and he tried to say it was reflux. I've had reflux for years and I told him that and he still didn't listen to me and said it was reflux. So I don't have much confidence in what he was saying. Thank you.

Dr. Shawn Mathews is by far the best doctor in this, at least in this town, probably in the whole state of Georgia. He's a freaking genius and yet still has the capacity to exude compassion. I appreciate that. Thank you.

The doctor was really great. They did a biopsy on me. They said it takes seven days for a result. And I just pray that he'll order the scans that I need immediately. And I pray to God that he will rush everything as possible because I want to get well and get this tumor off my tonsil. Thank you so much.

Both Bridget and the other lady at the front office were friendly and prompt. We did not have to wait hardly at all to check in or get called back! Hannah was also very friendly and efficient! We did not have to wait but a few minutes for Dr. Mathew which is hard to fine in a doctors office. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly! I felt very comfortable to have him take care of my son! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
