As a cancer survivor I was very concerned about an issue I was experiencing. I contacted Dr. Mathews' office and amazingly they asked if I could be at his office in one hour! Premier service by his staff and of course Dr. Mathews' too. The entire group is customer/patient oriented with a caring attitude. LaGrange and WellStar are blessed to have them representing our local medical community.

I don't know about anyone else but my doctors and nurses gave me great unconditional care the only thing I didn't like to much lol is coming in the middle of the night being loud talking to someone else with her / him won't call any names I'm sure they wasn't thinking about the times at night It was really difficult for me to go back to sleep please don't think I'm complaining I'm really not the whole team took great care of me it's well appreciated and thank you Wellstar team God bless you all

Getting a timely appointment is practically impossible. Something needs to be done to ensure that if you have a true medical issue and not a routine checkup or something that you can get in to see the doctor without waiting weeks. That is my only complaint. Dr. Mathews is a excellent doctor and I trust and have recommended him to others.
