What a great experience. Appreciate the pre-paperwork on-line prior to my appointment. I arrived at the prescribed time and was seen at my scheduled appointment time of 9:30AM. Everyone I came in contact with was courteous and professional. From the check in station Taelor and actual doctor Dr Palmer I felt valued and heard. The technician who took all my vitals were also superb. I contacted my neighbor who was wasn't happy with their current doctor. I recommended them to Wellstar and Dr Palmer. He later contacted me and said he and his wife contacted the office and now have an appointment with Dr Palmer.

Waiting a month for an appointment is excessive. The front end staff's professionalism leaves a lot to be desired. When making a follow up call concerning my visit I was told by an employee (Francesca?) that "I wasn't the only patient seen that day" in a tone that was highly unprofessional. Being lectured on my personal finances by Dr. Palmer was not appreciated. I will be finding a new Primary Care Physician out of the Wellstar network.

First time I was ever there and I was a patient of Dr Sharma but no one from Wellstar or the hospital ever followed up and getting Dr. Sherman's patients to a new doctor with that Dr. Palmer made an exception and took me in today at 3 PM. She needs to have a star beside her name. She is first class doctor in person.???

Dr Palmer gave me blood tests my former Dr never gave me I was with my former Dr for over 5 years and just in 1 visit I was given so much more info about my diabetes than my other Dr. Dr Palmer and her nurse were just awesome!! They were so helpful!!

I was blown away by how efficiently the office was running. I was in and out in no time. No wait time in the waiting room. Staff was friendly and polite. I love Dr. Palmer; she feels like family. I love the atmosphere in her office and always feel well taken care of when I visit!
