While I was talking and providing health history, I was impressed at Dr. Palmer's effective listening skills. She made some recommendations for more tests that other doctors excused as slightly elevated but otherwise normal. Dr Palmer ordered a fasting blood test for elevated A1c and that gave me added confidence in her review process.

Dr. Palmer and her staff went above and beyond to provide care for us and her staff. I went above and beyond to make sure we were informed and was able to make it so that we can make it to the hospital in enough time before a medical emergency happened.

I have never in my life had a doctors office in general show me so much care. Dr. Palmer genuinely cares, you can tell it's not just an act, she cares! She listens, she is supportive and very smart. She looks at the full picture of everything and not just one piece. I can expresses my fears and concerns and she will explain everything so well. The staff is always outstanding. They are so friendly and kind, they remember your name without looking at the chart, they remember conversations in the past, they also genuinely care. I have lived in 6 different states and I have NEVER had such excellent care. If every medical practice functioned the way they do, the world would be a better place.
