I am always grateful to visit WellStar and Dr. Palmer along with her staff. I think every experience is, you know, is a great experience despite the news or whatever you should hear. She's thorough. Her bedside manners are great to include her staff. From the time you walk through the door until you leave, everybody is kind, they're smiling, very receptive and open, and they actually listen to you. And so that is also one thing that I certainly appreciate about Dr. Palmer in the years that she's been my physician is that she has always listened and she always gives good guidance and does what's in the best interest of her patients. Very much appreciated and yes, it is extremely likely that I would recommend her as well as WellSTAR to anyone who would ask.

Since I arrived early, I thought I would have to sit and wait. Less than 15 minutes the nurse took me to triage, and the doctor arrive shortly there after. Dr. Palmer was incredibly pleasant and attentive. She reviewed my chart, asked if I had questions and explained everything thoroughly.
