Dr. Palmer showed me (from her computer) the steps she was taking to complete my medical exam. She ordered one X-ray for today and scheduled 2 for the future. The entire experience was top-notch.

And so that is also one thing that I certainly appreciate about Dr. Palmer in the years that she's been my physician is that she has always listened and she always gives good guidance and does what's in the best interest of her patients.
