Dr. Palmer is an amazing asset to the healthcare world. She listens to her patients and addresses every concern possible! Her care is without a doubt the best I've ever experienced and I will continue to trust her with my care for as long as she allows. Also, I returned a few days after my appointment for fasting labs. The male (not sure of his name but he did tell me he was 28) performed the best labs I've ever undergone. There was no poking or probing in my arm and his conversation made this so relaxing; which usually gives me anxiety. Hours later, my arm isn't even sore as it normally is. Superb care team all around!

I was blown away by how efficiently the office was running. I was in and out in no time. No wait time in the waiting room. Staff was friendly and polite. I love Dr. Palmer; she feels like family. I love the atmosphere in her office and always feel well taken care of when I visit!

What a great experience. Appreciate the pre-paperwork on-line prior to my appointment. I arrived at the prescribed time and was seen at my scheduled appointment time of 9:30AM. Everyone I came in contact with was courteous and professional. From the check in station Taelor and actual doctor Dr Palmer I felt valued and heard. The technician who took all my vitals were also superb. I contacted my neighbor who was wasn't happy with their current doctor. I recommended them to Wellstar and Dr Palmer. He later contacted me and said he and his wife contacted the office and now have an appointment with Dr Palmer.

This office is always patient service friendly. Dr Palmer is so caring and attentive. Even as she was not 100 % physically, her care and concern didn't change at all. I love how she and her staff don't rush you and allows you to express concerns. I love this office.

Waiting a month for an appointment is excessive. The front end staff's professionalism leaves a lot to be desired. When making a follow up call concerning my visit I was told by an employee (Francesca?) that "I wasn't the only patient seen that day" in a tone that was highly unprofessional. Being lectured on my personal finances by Dr. Palmer was not appreciated. I will be finding a new Primary Care Physician out of the Wellstar network.
