Have used Welstar for years..when you pay for a" "Doctor". Not a PA, and when u call to get need check out with your doctor ... you are told by the scheduler if u see another doctor you CAN'T come back to your original doctor ..and we are dealing with heart problems . Something is not going right with your system, it's way to lackadaisical.. and seems doing a quality job is not of importance ..
