The visit went smooth and I appreciate how they were able to get me in and out , no long wait in the lobby or once I was in the room . The MA Sarah was very professional and friendly. The NP was friendly but she didn't offer much feedback during the visit

I loved my visit today with my doctors, Dew ,Nurse Susan, Dr. Shannon, and the entire staff. Everyone was so friendly, caring, and compassionate. I drive 45 minutes to an hour for my appointments, and it is absolutely worth it. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else - I truly love and appreciate the care they provide.

Yes, when they call, they can text because when they call back, they don't answer the phone. They leave a message coming out. They called twice, but they ain't sending a text or an email. And I have called back there twice so they can improve that to answer the front office phones. Appreciate it. Have a blessed day.
