I appreciate the time all of the staff took to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I had. They were empathetic and understanding. Everyone I interacted with seemed happy and willing to help. It is not often you go into a doctor's office and everyone at least looks happy to be there and help. I really appreciated it.

The lady who I was on the phone with to set up my appointment for an ultrasound had failed to do so and instead set me up for a pregnancy confirmation test. I was unaware that's what I was paying for until after I had paid and was talking to the nurse taking care of me at the time. I was extremely disappointed until a midwife had showed up and saved my appointment! I WISH I remembered her name because without her I would've been very upset. But she made the appointment go well and turned it very positive.
