When I arrived, the wonderful ladies at the front desk were so kind and attentive, and I was seen almost immediately. My visit with Dr. Shannon was a refreshing change of pace compared to other providers. She was very thorough in answering my questions and was so understanding, kind, and respectful. My experience with this provider was very well. I mistakenly pressed the wrong button on some of the questions. It was a great experience with her. I do say that when you are constantly seeing a new midwife, every time you come into the doctor's office, it takes away the intimacy or the opportunity for you to build relationship and build a trust and also for your provider to know your, I guess, your idea for birth, your plan, what you would like. It's just, it seems really brief at times. So overall, the professionalism, the ladies are joyful, they're sweet, but just more intimacy would be nice.
