Shana Horan, NP

Shana was great. Very thorough and kind. The nurse working with her is cheerful, silly, and fun with kids, but I do think less conversation could have shortened our visit. We were there almost 2 hours for a well check, which is an excruciatingly long time to have kids at an office visit and was a real inconvenience to our day's schedule. (Part of that time was in the front waiting room, as we were taken back late.) I also think that if we are supposed to do vaccinations and wait 15 minutes before leaving, they could be done towards the beginning of the visit to save families time, especially for big kids who are less likely to cry/interrupt the visit from receiving the shots.

Both parents and pharmacy called back multiple times to correct and never got a hold of anyone. Details aré important with meds especially for children
