Hello. My rating for Dr. Brown would be a 10 out of 10. The staff is great. Every time I come in, the office is clean. Whenever I get pulled back and put into the room with the technician, their hands are sanitized. They're very polite and respectful. When the doctor comes into the room, he washes his hands in front of me. He's very polite, respectful. He's very educated. He answers every single question that me and my child's father has. He goes above and beyond to explain in great detail what exactly is going on. And every visit, he even draws things out on a sheet of paper. So I never leave the office with a question unanswered. I wanted to leave additional feedback about Dr. Brown. He is a wonderful pediatrician. He is very detailed in explaining things. He'll even draw diagrams or draw it out on a piece of paper so he can show you the different body parts and how the body parts react to certain things. You know, we talked about overfeeding. My five-month-old, he is a wonderful pediatrician. I would recommend him to anyone that has a child. I love Dr. Brown.

This practice is very welcoming and friendly from the receptionist, the medical assistants, nurses, nurse practioners and the doctors. Each time my children have had an appointment they were not anxious, they were comfortable with each person they interacted with during the visit. I especially want to recognize Nurse Cherri & Dr. Shaleak Brown. Nurse Cherri was so cheerful and informative about the health information we needed to know. The things we should be looking for as the children grow and things like that. Dr. Brown was very refreshing and relatable to us. It is important to my family that they have a pediatrician who actually cares about them and in the one interaction my teenage son had with Dr. Brown he was adamant about making all his appointments with Dr. Brown. Dr. Brown was able to really speak to my son about health in a holistic way (mind & body). He spoke to my son about his goals and ways he can get there by implementing healthy regimens. Once again I'm grateful for this facility. The cleanliness, the cheerfulness of the staff and the atmosphere that is so welcoming.

I especially want to recognize Nurse Cherri & Dr. Shaleak Brown. Nurse Cherri was so cheerful and informative about the health information we needed to know. The things we should be looking for as the children grow and things like that. Dr. Brown was very refreshing and relatable to us. It is important to my family that they have a pediatrician who actually cares about them and in the one interaction my teenage son had with Dr. Brown he was adamant about making all his appointments with Dr. Brown. Dr. Brown and his staff were amazing!. He was very attentive to our children's needs and identified issues that needed to be improved and outlined a plan of care that we could easily understand and follow for the betterment of our children's health. I had a really great experience at y'all location. I don't have any complaints. I only gave that three rating because that was my first time meeting Dr. Brown. But I'm looking forward to y'all being my provider for my kids. And everything else is a 10. Like I said, I had a great visit. Y'all was fast, friendly, really didn't have no complaints. Hello. My rating for Dr. Brown would be a 10 out of 10. The staff is great. Every time I come in, the office is clean. Whenever I get pulled back and put into the room with the technician, their hands are sanitized. They're very polite and respectful. When the doctor comes into the room, he washes his hands in front of me. He's very polite, respectful. He's very educated. He answers every single question that me and my child's father has. He goes above and beyond to explain in great detail what exactly is going on. And every visit, he even draws things out on a sheet of paper. So I never leave the office with a question unanswered.
