Everybody in the office met me with a smile and that's just so disarming as I'm going in to talk about things involving behavioral and emotional health. Everybody was very friendly and wanted to make sure that I was comfortable and also understood everything that was presented to me. Nurse Practitioner Welch is incredible. Her voice alone just calms me and gives me a real sense of well-being so that I could talk to her at a very deep, trusting level. And I look forward to my next visit and all later visits feeling that they're going to help me on my journey in such a special way.

The NP was extremely great and sweet. I didn't feel judged when i had to answer some of the questions she had to ask for the appointment, I felt heard and seen. It felt safe to talk to her and answer the questions that were asked also, I felt supported.

After meeting Nurse Welch I already felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted off my shoulders. She give me the feeling of caring, interested in helping me with my issues. She was very attentive to my needs and gave me assurance it would be ok. Please let her know that when I got home I wrote on my daily activity board the word "Behavior" twice as a reminder of our conversation and thank you so much for that. Kayla the receptionist was also very helpful in getting me to make an appointment. She was very patient with me as well and I'm truly grateful for that. Overall my first visit was very pleasing and rewarding. Thank you all so much and I look forward to my next visit!
