We had awesome visit!

Very friendly, knowledgeable doctor, very good with kids. My kids were both at ease with him. That's it.

I was very concerned by the fact that the AC was not working in the office which made the visit uncomfortable. In the middle of a heat wave, those conditions are deplorable and should be addressed for the wellbeing of staff and patients. It is unacceptable that a doctors office felt like the same temperature as the outside temperature.

This has been the worst experience I ever had at a doctor office and the worst experience I ever had at Wellstar! I will not stop giving up on how I was treated at that facility today

I cant stand the new way mychart is. When I message our provider I do not want someone calling me where I have to give the life story and go through their prompts for 10 minutes. Its such a waste of time.. especially when I will send a message following up with something the dr said.. then I get a random nurse calling asking me all about it. When it would in the past take the dr a bit to simply reply yes or no. They have also advised me before on not bringing my child in until shes had a fever for 5-7 days but I will anyway and she has strep but had i listenedto them she would be so much sicker and miserable. They are not helpful to parents imo.
