You can most improve on first, maybe a larger parking space because there is always not enough spot for parking, but then once inside, the wait time is unacceptable. I've waited over an hour for my appointment.

The staff and Dr Rosenbloom are fantastic. However, my appointment keeps getting changed a week or so before my allotted time, to an earlier time slot. I have to travel a good distance to get there and I simply cannot make it there earlier. I reported last year and it happened again this year. This is unacceptable and I wish that it not happen next year. Thank you.
