We never saw the Dr but the nurse practitioner and she was great. However, the problem I have is you guys never verify my insurance. You automatically say it pops up as generic and out of network and want me to pay the full balance. Wellstar is a NIGHTMARE to deal with on the billing end. It's to the point I don't want to use Wellstar's providers for anything.
